Let us admit it, in Guerrero we have a government who allows that social works are conditioned indispensable, that is made a project that does not love the inhabitants of the towns of the Community goods of Cacahuatepec.

I very see the very complicated conflict and far from being solved by the pacific and right route: The CFE says that already nothing else they need three assemblies to bid on the works and that the security for it corresponds to him to the government of the state, the government says that has tolerated much to the opponents but who a day of these is going to apply the law to them, the investors are quick: Slim, Cemex, Ideal, the Chinese, the Spaniards, etc. The opponents, who are not only Frame Antonio Suástegui and Felipe Flores says: "Our earth are not sold and we did not accept any dialogue with Zeferino already (the governor), they will be able to say what they want here but not is going to make no prey".
