Hay que destacar que NO todos los países han ratificado éstas convenciones. La convención Internacional sobre los trabajadores ha sido firmada o ratificada en Octubre del 2005 por 33 países y curiosamente ninguno de ellos son los denominados PAÍSES RECEPTORES (América del Norte, Oceanía, la mayor parte de Asia y la mayor parte de Europa).
